Insurance Billing
Working with your EHR, Psych! reviews all claims for accuracy BEFORE they are submitted. Psych! is experienced with secondary billing practices, workers compensation claims, EAP billing, and claims that require unique external submission. Any denied or rejected claims are researched, corrected, resubmitted, and if necessary, appealed. No claim is forgotten.
Benefit Verifications
Quality billing services START with benefit verification and eligibility. Psych! calls on each policy, making every effort to get the most accurate information about client coverage and benefits BEFORE the client has their first appointment. Benefit verification lets you and the client know what to expect ahead of time.
Credentialing
Let Psych! handle all aspects, including the frustrations of credentialing and re-credentialing applications from start to finish, with both commercial and government payors. Psych! also offers demographic change submissions, as well as ERA and EFT enrollments.
Client Billing
Client billing and account reconciliation is an important part of the insurance billing process. We review and balance client accounts, initiate credit card charges for amounts due from clients, and are willing to speak directly with clients to answer their questions about insurance and balances due.
